Our beautiful property was once a private holiday residence. We purchased it, renovated it, and gave it new life. We opened to guests in the summer of 2023.

Nestled in a scenic forest on a hill next to the village of Brusen, the property offers stunning views of the picturesque Iskar River. Half of the site has been developed into a campsite with a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for tent and camper guests. Additionally, we offer bungalows and a fully equipped kitchen for nature lovers who prefer a bit more comfort.

Our site features bathrooms, toilets, a BBQ and kitchen area, a fire pit, and picnic tables. Guests can explore the surrounding area or relax in the shade of the large linden trees. Remote workers and digital nomads are welcome to enjoy our co-working zone.
